East
Robert P. Munafo, 2010 Sep 20.
A colloquial direction and directional modifier used in either of two ways:
1. The direction in which the real coordinate increases towards positive infinity. Also called right.
2. Relative to a mu-molecule, refers to the same side or direction as that mu-molecule's cardioid cusp.
Usage is analogous to the terms south and southern; see that article for examples.
The east external angle is 0, and the filament subset operator for the filament off the eastern side of a mu-molecule is FS[0].
